2. Service Description

AccessSpark is a web accessibility auditing platform by Inner Spark Media LLC.

3. Accounts

You must create an account. You are responsible for your account security.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only audit websites you own or have permission to test. You may not:

• Audit unauthorized websites
• Circumvent security measures
• Use the service illegally
• Resell without permission

5. Accuracy

Automated testing identifies ~35-40% of WCAG issues. Results are not legal certification. Expert review is required for full compliance.

6. Shared Reports

Shareable links are accessible to anyone with the URL. You manage who you share with.

7. Payments

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel before renewal. Refunds within 7 days for annual plans.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability limited to 12 months of fees paid.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime.

Laws of New Jersey, United States.
